Wells Fargo illegally fired me, then illegally repo’d my car due to illegal placement of CPI, and I had to come up with $2k in two days to get my car back before it went to auction. THEN, they illegally foreclosed on my home. Shortly after all of the horrendous c-ap, I started my community FB Page “I Hate Wells Fargo” (it’s the one with the Page photo of my RED Wells Fargo T-shirt that I modified to say “Wells Fargo Screwed Me”). Wells was kind enough to send me a check for $65.95 last fall (I say “kind enough” with EXTREME SARCASM) for the illegal placement of the CPI that got my car repo’d. I was named in the class action suit of illegal foreclosures and got a little check for about $3k - nothing close to what I’d actually lost.
Now I’m named as a person in the Settlement Class for their CPI class action suit but I’m willing to bet I get next to nothing out of it. You see, when they illegally fired me I went to the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) and filed a case against them. The EEOC investigated and I won. They gave me a 90 day Right To Sue notice so I began looking for an attorney nationwide. During that 90 day time frame, Wells Fargo offered me a Settlement of about $5k IF I agreed not to sue them. I turned down their Settlement because I knew I could get more through my lawsuit. What I DID’T know, was that no attorney in the US in 2010 was willing to take my case. So I ended up being unable to sue and lost EVERYTHING to those A$$HOLES.
I started my FB Page for people to come to for help, to vent & to share their stories. I’m up to nearly 1,000 followers and that’s great! My goal is to eventually get in front of congress. Wells lies about EVERYTHING, from the TRUE NUMBERS of their scandal victims to what they are paying out in restitution. THEY HAVE TO BE STOPPED. We have coalition movements on my page and if more people will join in, we have a much better chance of making something happen. We want Wells Fargo to be SHUT DOWN!!! I’m going to be making an announcement in the next two weeks for another coalition movement but we’ll need the help of anyone and EVERYONE!! We can make our elected officials TAKE ACTION if they know their votes for office (all levels of office) depend on it!! Visit my page at ::
