Even though you got to hand it to the D3 guys for having the guts to go on a strike like this in today’s Corporate America, I’m sad to say that it probably won’t change much at the company. Never mind that fact, this strike is a success in the sense that it showed that something like this could be done, and D3 has shown the rest of the employees that it is possible to get the attention of the leadership and to shake them up, at least a little. After this one has to wonder what would happen if this strike went company-wide.
