Lost multiple installs today and over $200 because techs didn’t show up and customers went different directions. Whose going to reimburse me for that money?

The new record for most unpopular thread in the sub-forum.
that's got to be a record, -105 votes (now -106) for a post (as of 23:35 ET)

Isn’t going to a T store similar to going to a bank? Who does this anymore?
OP, why don't you go ahead and email Randall about your reimbursement. He has his 'well trained' team of AT&T managers out doing your installs. They got this covered!
What was being installed? If it was DTV it's a c-ap shoot to be installed even if there was no strike.
I have been a Project Implementation Manager with the Centralized Voice Engineering team for years and without our field technicians, the installs would NEVER have been successful.. The field techs have always been super professional to me and my customers and we could not have started or completed any install without them. I have nothing but respect for those guys and unlike every sales team out there, they have never lied to me or tried to screw me over. I support them 110% with this strike and only wish I could strike with them. Hope it lasts for weeks and gets AT&T's attention.
The strike managers where suppose to show up and do the install, they drop the ball. They are the ones who know how to do everything faster and better supposedly.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
The tooth fairy
Trust me the ones walking have lost a lot more than you and risking more
Please fill out CWA strike lost sale reimbursement form and then stick it.
Oh you mean those repairs you put in as installs? Yeah retail is never shady at all /s.
Are you SERIOUS right now ?!, take that up with the company and ask yourself WHY it’s employees would feel the need to strike !
You must be in your first rodeo.... nobody is reimbursing you for anything... ... be glad you’re only out $200.00 dollars...
Nobody will reimburse you. Part of the impact of a CWA walkout
