So if the strike ends it restricts the right to have another short term one for a bit. The timing was a little off. Should have scheduled it after the 1st so strikers had health insurance through September if they stayed out.
Now they have to be back before end of month with an “unconditional offer to return to work” under NLRA law or they lose health insurance next month.
