D4 did walk ..... inform yourself....
you will get the same exact contract.... and all of your line gang will be gone
D4 had an employee initiated grievance strike over mistreatment of employees and excessive discipline from a certain Midwest director. The union in no way initiated this strike and did their best to end it in a timely manner.
D4's union leadership are a bunch of cowardly eunuchs. Let's hope D3 has the resolve to see this through to a better contract than we got up here!

D4 never walked.
And they still had to wait a year.
All part of the nonsense negotiating. Union agrees to walk for a few days so the company can recover the money they pay for labor. Helps offset costs. The union holds zero negotiating power. One big dog and pony show. The company is in no way afraid of a strike.
Unfortunately, that’s not the case. D4 also went out on a an unfair labor practice strike shortly after their contract expires. Same pattern, same template, same dog and pony show.
