Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

D3 Strike Time!!!

We all need to come together and Strike as a whole until a fair contract is made. We sacrifice a lot for the company to treat us like dogs.

I quit AT&T back last year in D3 Pay was great. Training was awful we had a DTV guy train us on Uverse without having real experience in the field cause he got surplus and took it. After training I got treated like dog c-ap. My supervisor came out on me 3 times one week. The threats and the stress is the reason why I quit and plus me being new union filed targeting but nothing was ever really done on AT&T. I lasted 8 months of b—s— he trying to get me slipping, always hit my numbers and always threatened I was going to get fired cause I didn’t follow his direction but yet his direction changed one phone call to the next.
I heard everyone on my training class quit within 6 months. Which is sad tells you what kind of company that really doesn’t care about their employees.

Managers please work installing and maintaining everything tomorrow. Quit acting like wussies. If you can clear bridge tap without falling you may see your family some time next evening,

“Who’s making $60 to $75k a year? I barely make $40k. Oh, and I work in the elements and am micromanaged like I work in McDonalds without AC or heat because although the company I work for is worth billions of dollars, the truck I drive doesn’t have either. For the people who have to fight through this to afford a 1 bedroom apartment, THATS why labor practices are UNFAIR.”

What’s your title? You can make that at Target.

HGH sounds like one of those managers that doesn't know what craft actually does. Arrogant and clueless.

It puts food on your table and your asked to do your job, you are well compensated but treated like and dog huh! Wow someone asked you to do your job you agreed to so do it, or McDonalds is hiring dont let the door hit you in the a$$.

If as a whole you mean all of the districts then yes. As it is now without a unified national contract date our strike effectiveness will be minimal in D3.
