The best keep leaving AT&T

How many need to go before it's noticed? And before it's felt in our results?

T is so screwed up I know guys who were red hat certified engineers and were told they were not qualified for Linux systems administrators when they applied for the jobs on career path. They are all making more money at some other companies now. That speaks volumes how personnel are managed at the t.

@qfz - that pretty much says it all. They want outsource and eventually robots. Programming for another company now using my college degree that I worked my arse off for and not some nano degree that att values more than my college degree. Company I am with is much better off than t and I am making more money and bigger bonus. T is in love with itself thinking it is the ultimate tech company with the smartest people. Lol I can’t write that with a straight face.

The company has decided it doesn’t need the best. It’s decided everything can be outsourced. Everything can be automated. Randall’s goal is to eventually have only him , a bunch of VPs and the board to share the profits with. The rest of us are just cutting into their profits.

Not talking about layoffs, I'm talking about people moving on on their own.
