@srt, that's not how it should be. There is no reason people shouldn't be able to put in a 40 hour work week, have a great family / social life, and be financially secure.
It's this country's priorities that are dysfunctional, not our need to work ourselves to death like slaves.
if you want to be great and successful, there is no work life balance in corporate America. That is just a feel good statement with no truth.
