Agile project SHP everyone wanted to be on and now everyone wants off. They thought that would guarantee a job. No dummies it is not a mandatory project with funding. Your leader is a joke..don't agree with her and your removed even though 50% of our objectives is risk management. I don't care how many people you have managed. I care about leaders and I would not follow you anywhere.
Dimensions you were told it is a one stop shop for management to see where certain skills were at..no it was and is being used for the layoffs. Who came up with this...offshore. I find that very interesting.

Agile doesn't work at WF.
SHP is a joke. It's not Agile, its waterfall in sprint. They think the colorful graphs will convince senior leaders that all is well. Maybe it will since they don't listen to low totem workers like myself.
Certain people can't raise risks or yes they are removed or labeled negative and then their boss removes them and gives a bad mid-year review but yet we don't tolerate retaliation..right.
So I just have to disagree to get removed? I think I'll try that.
