Agreed. The ignorance of many of those members in the CWA is astounding. A great deal of the time, they simply fire off ridiculous statements or ask silly questions without even referencing the bargaining agreement that THEY voted in. And they wonder why the company always has the upper hand.....Unbelievable.
If one googles what an unfair labor practice charge is then you get an immediate simple explanation. Considering this...its sadly baffling that union members don't know even these basics? This is CWA filing official documentation charges of the company acting illegally. Gain some perspective. There are laws and federal procedures to follow for both sides. Settle the hell down.

Well @ksc, the union would have had a whole lot more leverage if the districts would have coordinated worked TOGETHER instead of divided and conquered. It's almost like the union doesn't have any fight left in it...
Not getting want you want doesn’t mean it’s an unfair labor practice. The union has zero leverage and they will not give D3 more than the other districts have gotten. It’s not gotten be a perfect contract but it is way more than our peers in the industry and we don’t have many alternatives available to keep this level of pay and benefits. It is just reality- like or not.
They know they can't hold up to their attorneys and educated people, they aren't qualified anymore. I hope they do something.
A yes=Yes, no=yes, no vote =yes. It’s just a show AT&T always win because its subsidiary CWA doesn’t do its job. How many times I have to repeat this contract show scenario? It keeps repeating it self.
A no vote means a “yes” so go ahead and dont vote.
