We're hearing you loud and clear. You've lost our loyalty as we've lost our motivation.

You don't get it and you never will. You'll continue to scratch your heads as WF goes down the proverbial drain.

Sad thing is that you COULD have turned this ship around, but you CHOSE not to.

Take a good hard look in the mirror when you wonder what went wrong.

Given Saul is from the Netherlands, and European firms tend to believe in Victorian standards of labor operations....this type of behavior shows his inherent backwardness, and lack of know how in how Tech operations work in the US. Serves WF right.

The company has to approve any unemployment insurance as well, you cannot count on getting UI even if Wells fires you or forces you out.

State to state this may vary, you should look up the laws before you count on any UI.

No, that's NOT true. Company does not have to pay severance.

Unemployment, maybe, not severance.

Severance is purely at a company's discretion. It's not something employees are entitled to.

They still have to pay severance if you are asked to move more than 20 miles from your current location. It’s a policy.....

If location strategy is a way to try to increase attrition - that would be a shame. But I can totally see it. They have to come up with the 4 Billion - think I have the number right - somewhere. Not having to pay severance is a way to do it.

I’ve come to realize that no one on this feed knows what the hell they are talking about.

And if you own shares in the bank, might want to consider selling before they drop even lower
