Raising prices 15-25% despite making an agreement for bundling services, they are merely inciting the subs to leave. A drop of 3/4 million subs is a drop in 3/4 bill in revenue ... that is probably peanuts compared to the revenue of 160B ...

It's interesting to hear these thoughts on the matter. The problem, AT&T will run into with raising subscription prices across the board from 10-15% will be in terms of quality of service. You can't simply use LTE and call it "5G evolution". Which is just another version number for LTE services that YOU STILL CAN'T operate advanced AI services like self driving vehicles over locally. because of the ping rate being pretty gargbage at best. Anyway. When Verizon has an iPhone, and they have better service than you do in some of the most Republican territories of Northern California.. You're gonna have a bad time. Leave it to the business majors to jack the price. I wan't another price war. :D something tells me we are going to start finally getting a overal generalized fair rate for these utility like services. Drag your executives out of their offices. Hand out their emails to your enraged customers. It's easy to just refer everybody to the manager that say's he's going to take care of something and then never does. But at this point. blow them all up via email. be mad. make them earn their trump tax cuts.
The gang.at pebble beach will never drop our service.
Every few years the sales group has to be reigned in from a sale at any cost mentally. Each time they have gone ape$hit. I would guess that some DTV folks lost their virginity this go around.
160$ for triple play and bundled with 3 cell phones for 160$ discount was probably below the cost for ATT that it had to nickel and dime for data overages eventually forcing the customer to switch the wireless service to TMO and the video to Charter with no ETF and total freedom to cancel whenever it
We only want high-value customers. Spend less than $100 a month you can go ahead and leave. The the ultimate goal is to have just a single customer that spends 10 billion dollars a year with us for DirecTV and then we'll finally be profitable
If you are talking the below cost promo offers the company could give a $hit..
