Just received ballot this past weekend, already voted no and sent back that pos Ta. Company is trying to buy voted by canceling the 3rd quarter surplus ( no doubt they’ll just do a bigger surplus in the 4th) 250 affected in D4 plus the approx 250 perm techs that’ll be bumped as a result equals an attempt at buying 500 voted.

The union will NEVER strike. They don’t want to let go of the millions of dollars in the strike fund from everyone’s union dues over the years. It won’t happen. We haven’t had a visible union for several decades. Might as well vote to ratify in D3 and D4, and get used to the company screwing us at every turn. Mobilize. What a joke!

After D4 has been over a year out of contract, offer D4 a half decent contract now. 3 weeks before D3 is coming out of contract. It’s not rocket science. They don’t want the headlines and the political firestorm that a combined D3 and D4 walkout would attract. That would be across half the country.

Nope, not yet. Haven’t even received our ballots to vote it up or down yet. We have to ratify by 8/4/19, for AT&T to cancel this last surplus though. That want us settled before the SE contract expires.
