They will protect the executives in EIT Risk in NYC and create a policy that will protect them. These Risk Leaders will ignore the edict. They will use location strategy to get rid of folks because they cannot make the argument on performance and it takes too long. There will be no relocation offered unless you are a favored child. Otherwise it's severance and a pat on the back. The good will be negatively impacted and the bad will stay.
