Can't employees & customer stock owners pool together to vote Randall Stephens out?

Shareholders usually love layoffs. It means more immediate cash flow. Also guarantees the dividend gets paid. The big holders love Randall. They push for him to lay off the whole lot and go completely to a shell company.
Sell your T shares. MSFT pays a decent dividend AND grows UP and UP... over 500% the last 5 years. ! T has been moribund for 30 years.
Stockholders run the show. Out of voting stock, the board, including Randall got 95+% of the vote. No matter who's running things, AT&T is going be a company that has to deal with obsolete technologies, namely landline telephony.
The problem with getting rid of Randy is, what assurance is there that the next person would be better? There's none, because if there was a sure shot, Blackrock and Vanguard would be sponsoring an alternative slate of directors.
It won't make any difference unless the board hires an outsider to right the ship. Another inbred executive will do nothing to help the stagnant revenue situation.
We're still pumping air into lead sheath paper cables. I'm gonna buy more stock before the word gets out! (Hope my post doesnt get deleted for possibly divulging insider trading info)

Unlikely. Institutional ownership of T stock pretty much negates employee and individual ownership. For instance, Vanguard and BlackRock own around 1billion shares collectively. Makes my 3700 shares invisible in comparison. If the institutions are pleased not much else matters.
