Historically, after the guarantee period is up, companies we've outsourced to have done the following.
Use your time wisely finding another home. The changes that you stay longer than 12 months is slim to none, and it will almost certainly be for less money than you are making now one way or the other.

Have you noticed T uses the same consultant firm as Big Blue. Now both companies are a part of historical self destruction. I guess they are following the P-ss poor advice they are given.
