Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Ever notice on any att billing when you add a service it immediately goes on your next bill. But when you remove a service it takes two to three billing cycles. So you are paying for something you are not using anymore but we will give you a credit on later bills (cough cough funny money). This is a cobc violation in my book.
