I’m sorry for not being familiar with how all of this works, but what does a transition to IBM mean for a certain T employee at this point. Will these employees be offered new contracts, new set of benefits etc. or do these folks continue working under the same conditions as beforu, just under the IBM umbrella?

@104i03a3-ugc, that's a good advice. Hope you don't mind me reposting this as a separate thread for more people to see.
Historically, after the guarantee period is up, companies we've outsourced to have done the following.
- Axed a large portion of the employees
- Reduced Salaries of the employees
- Reduced benefits of the employees (401K, bonus, healthcare, etc)
Use your time wisely finding another home. The changes that you stay longer than 12 months is slim to none, and it will almost certainly be for less money than you are making now one way or the other.
12 months same pay to IBM is basically a 12-month severance package. Use it wisely.
Someone else posted 12 months of same pay. After that IBM can do whatever they want.
