iT functions in helpdesk are off shored to the Phillipines and software development to India. Yes many people in Corporate Risk and EIT are home based with the exception of some small offices or branches some of those people have to relocate to a major hub. It's a ploy to get rid of those they want gone and not pay severance or unemployment.

Hello? The only way to bring in more executives is to lay off at least 100 US workers, and replacing them with 10 cheaper foreign workers, per executive. Then they let the executive stew simmer for 90 days, and out comes a new strategy and vision that will never be attained. Reset. Repeat.
Some good people working remote so if that is the only requirement to work inside an office or move to a hub location it will put the company in a predicament. They tried that early 2000 in moving people to Minneapolis, Phoenix or San Francisco and it backfired because it good rid of the bad and good employees. They should just get rid of underperforming employees all together and save the company from further turmoil.
