How many times is SF going to reorg into one Systems Department? This is the 3rd time from my recollection. Auto, Fire, and others combined decades ago. S&S combined in 90's to form Systems and Corp South was constructed. Now we have ET. Maybe... — read more
Funny thing about these hr goons
It will be them at some point! State Farm is a Mafia run organization.
The Baby Boomers are what's holding State Farm together at the seams
There are droves of Boomers who "have always had State Farm" and don't plan or care to switch companies. Well, now they are getting to the age where they are needing less policies due to downsizing or dying off and this will, sooner rather than... — read more

Question for the Trolls

Where were all of you the past 10 years?
First off, it's never easy to be on transition wondering if you had a job. Sorry Bloomington folks but this has been going on for 10 years plus in the regional offices and claim centers across the U.S.. Where was the outrage, conspiracy and concern... — read more
Systems
Can someone briefly tell me what jobs would fall under the Systems heading. I’m proximity auto and apparently live in a closet.
Didn't happen soon enough
Every post on here seems to be some kind of conspiracy theory about 50+ workers. Why would that me? Could it be because you don't have any skills? I survived the purge because I've kept my skills relevant. And every day watch a bunch of useless... — read more

Hubs-No culture
I would just like to say the Hubs are reality. However if you are preparing to move to a Hub understand it is radically different than even the SF of the last five years. Most of the less tenured, not all but most, treat their role like a job and... — read more
