You are no better than the rest of us!
It’s difficult as an Ambassador at SeaWorld that has experienced the pile on after every layoff to watch the entitled Salaried and Corporate employees. We are kept in the dark, received a minimal raise, losing vacation time, and fear for our jobs... — read more
S—R and P—A
You think PETA is paying him to run this company into the ground?
Salaried Bonuses?
Heard some rumbles that salaried are getting a bonus? Thought SW was in trouble financially and that's why we laid off 100+ people. Nothing coming for the hourly workers actually working their butts off, instead of the salaried team who is doing... — read more
How is S-R ruining your department?
Every park and every department company wife has been negatively impacted since S-R took over. How have your park and department been impacted since his arrival?
Wait until all the animals are gone
The long term company policy is to remove animals and be the Disney South. The fact that they can't do anything because of the California Coastal Commission make little $$$ value so their master plan is set. Wait until the last polar bear is shipped... — read more
We should learn about what's going on from the management, not the media
What’s even more irritating is that we now get major news about the company from outside sources instead of hearing about it internally, before it hits the media. Oh wait, I know, the excuse is always we’re a public company now. So I guess the public... — read more
TripAdvisor Stops Selling Tickets to SeaWorld Because of Its Orca and Dolphin Policies.
SW is being used on this chessboard we are living on. At some point, I believe they will have to change the name. How about SR World? Fitting to name it after the P©S that destroyed it.
Corporate Marketing Manager Calls It Quits
Our corporate Marketing Manager has been with the company since 09 and he’s joining the others from SLT and SWO leadership and jumping ship. Can you blame him? There’s no transition in place. They can’t fill the backlog of positions we have now... — read more
Q3 is in the books
My thoughts are unless we hit it out of the park, big changes are on the horizon. Didn't seem like we were that busy this year in Orlando.
Keep this going
We all have to keep up our commenting. It’s being read (for whatever good it will do).
Unfortunately it has already been proven that the animal aspect of Sea World is falling to the wayside
Unfortunately it has already been proven that the animal aspect of Sea World is falling to the wayside. You can see it in operation just from SeaWorld alone. Infinity falls area could have focused and put in exhibits about South American animals... — read more
Losing earned vacation
Has anyone been reporting the new plan to the media? I can’t believe that something we earned and we’re given at time of hire can just be taken legally or ethically Report the story to your local news desk and let them do some digging
Free Gas - SeaWorld
San Diego employees were allowed to get free gas today from the parks gas pump due to a maintenance issue. But really? Couldn't the VP of Finance let the rest of us minimum wage employees get the gas instead of her getting in there to?
Working for cowards.
Does anyone here remember what an ECM was? How about an ACM? For you newcomers, they'd usually happen an hour, or so, before the park opened. They would show us videos of new commercials and tell us how well the park was doing. We'd even have a... — read more
What Seaworld needs in a new CEO
A good read altogether, but this is my favorite part: As SeaWorld continues to thrive in the future, though, it cannot forget the fact that a large portion of its visitors are attracted to its animals. Future attractions will need to incorporate... — read more

We support SeaWorld Employee Rights
I have shown this board to by counter parts the management of the mouse. They question anyone who is or was a leader in SeaWorld. Your company has a poor reputation for having poor and unskilled management. We support you! Union!
The management should be ashamed.
The outsourcing is so low, honestly. They should be ashamed.
Walk off
I say we get togeather on October 5 and massive call in. How many on borad it won't work with 5 people stand up for what you belive in Gus did.
Who thinks this is a good idea?
How many people here think the whole "adding rides" strategy is a good idea? I personally think it can't hurt, but the money that'll be invested in it could be used for better purposes. There are plenty of better ways to get SeaWorld back on its... — read more
