The company has been goind downhill since blackfish yes because the company did not lift a finger to defend itself. With that being said we have had a crook and the head of CEC ent. yes Chuck E Cheese now there's a company doing well. Let's not forget our former CEO granted he stood up for his beliefs but he wasn't a good fit I mean illegal dumping of trash into the ocean did you think nobody would know it's one bad dissertation after another so yes it is managements fault it solely rests with the borad of directors the puppet masters so yes if you want to make a statement ride it ont and take a package witch will be gettin smaller or just walk out wash your hands of all the bad dessions that have been made and the worse ones on the way
The company has been going downhill since Blackfish came out. If it wasn't for poor leadership back then we would not be in this position now. A company that is trying to save money and rebrand doesn't need additional push back. The media gives them enough of that already.
I never once said I was in favor of the new benefits package. That new package is horrible but I'm not going to sit on an anonymous forum and complain about it. If you don't like it then walk out the door.
I've had multiple close friends laid off and honestly, it was the best thing to happen to them. Between severance pay and being able to get a better job, most of the people were hurt but thankful for a new start.
You can attempt to stand up for yourselves and what you believe in but we can do it in ways that aren't childish. Lastly, no matter how anyone stands up for themselves we all know that S.R doesn't give a c-ap about what any of us thinks or feels. He cares about his bottom line.
How has that worked for us over the last several years? I'd bet you gave your advice during our Love Works days. Hey everyone, we should all just keep letting this company walk all over us. Let them take vacation time away and deny raises. Let them lay another 110 hard working people off to go through heck. You are pathetic.
This company has harmed its own reputation. Ambassadors standing up for themselves for once might just help.
