The court did not order liquidation at this point. They will have another hearing the week before Christmas to see how things are going. This according to CNN's reporting about the 11/15 hearing.

Team got the axe today. Unfortunate that management was too inept to use them properly... Could have been so much more. Impacted associates received some severance...
