Company-wide. No new manager hires until further notice. Current MIT's will remain in MIT until the freeze is over. So which is it - eliminating manager positions, closing more clubs, or both?

As a Fresh TL, I'm in my element. Now they want me to be like an asst. Club Mgr. If I wanted to do that, I would have asked for it.

How long does it take in other clubs for orientation? When we had personnel it only took a couple of hours for the entire thing. At a club in Arizona it takes 5 to 6 hours!

How do you know all Sam’s stores are closing? Who are you to know that for sure unless you work for home office. If you do work for home office or some one big in the company you should just tell us so it wouldn’t come as a surprise to all of us.
