What the heck is that going to consist of besides front end and membership desk? Are they keeping the marketing teams now?

Does anyone know what qualifications were being asked for in that assessment? Are they looking for beachlors degree? Why is it kept so secretive!!!!! Plus why is it being handled so inappropriately!

This is what I got today. Operations leadership conducted an extensive talent review of most managers across the organization. Based on the results of the talent review, you were not selected for a position with Sam's Club.

Rumor has it, no matter if you received a good performance Eval, if you have 2 or more coachings as a GM, your gone. Has anyone else heard that?

I can confirm that at least 2 Club Managers in my area have already been let go. Possibly more tomorrow. HO has indeed already decided who's being let go based on evaluations.
