So I got a late truck today for the produce department and all the fresh manager is doing he's walking over here every 20 minutes saying your not done yet 😒 😑 team work has left the building all they care about is themselves and thats it.

I'm at team lead in the produce department my closer called out I worked 13 hours today and not 1 fresh manager came over to help me so you know what I'm not giving my all anymore.

So my club is finally getting the produce/dairy walk in coolers in a few months. What's the pros/cons of these bad boys? I'm so excited considering I'm the lead over those areas!

YBM was a joke they had all these people come down and make these clubs look good and corporate walking around like everything is perfect this was nothing but a dog and pony show smhhhhh.

Let me try and understand this… the people working and taking care of our members get 3% raise, while those doing nothing get 7% raise. Makes sense.

You have associates that have 6 to 9 points for call outs and coming in late and nothing happens to them this is ridiculous I worked today from 4am to 4pm because our closer call out something needs to change.

We need longer lunch breaks. I have a difficult time slamming down a 6 pack in my car during lunch. Maybe I should poke a hole in the bottom of the can before drinking it.

16 yrs as an hourly, new managers in the building, equals me quiting. They treat you horable,disrespect you, it's sad what's happened to this place in a few years.
