The 2020 plan has many parts. 1 part is to get rid of all level 32 titles(ET, etc) Another part is to ax all craft folks with 30 years or more. I saw the E-Mail!! CWA approved it
not trying to be ugly but had you of known more about cwa & at&t, it should have been apparent that the 'appendix' technicians were only hired to be fodder for at&t. And believe what you want but to the union the 'appendix' technicians were just more money in their coffers. Don't believe it? The why did the union not fight for you folks to be on the "real" contract?
Must be nice to be a core technician with full union representation. If any of us 'appendix' technicians did that on a daily basis, we'd be shown the door.
Not that I really blame you. With the way this company abuses its workforce, there's no reason anyone would or should show loyalty. This place is a paycheck until the Rat decides he doesn't need you any more. Make the most of your situation until that point.
