I am told two plus VPs have to do the TM job and KS has to do a part. That’s is a super trade. This will be the curse of white Sox for trading Ruth

The other was RM. TM was left standing when the Hans new management team musical chairs stopped.
Are you kidding TM was the only one who pushed back on the corruption. Ask the people who know the games in BR
4eok, AK was one, was the other TM?
@4mov Can't post names here but don't you remember the email from our CTO a couple of months ago about a couple of employees and their questionable integrity and how they were no longer part of the team? Review the VPs in the org and you'll see who's missing.
Who left for shady biz deals??
Shankar replace the lazy worker with highest AGILE worker!
He's already lost a couple of his reports from shady business dealings. Another one is leaving soon and based on the email (not full of any warmth), I'd say he's being forced out too. It's only a matter of time before that shop is cleaned out. Unfortunately, it's too late for many of us.
As a phone company, phoney work is ok @1iid. It’s phony work that should worry you! 😀
Who are all of these SA apologist? SA was irrationally moving jobs to India from the very first day he started. There was so much pressure to give work to VDSI that directors were making up phoney work to give them. If you chart Verizon IT performance from a ROI and TTM perspective over the past six years, you will have a hard time explaining why SA is still here.
The problem is they did the deal without realizing what the heck they had. When applications and prod support couldn’t be moved they had to back fill onshore in house. Some single people were replaced with multiple new hires. The cost savings are not there.
I’m not an SA fan, but I will say w/r/t the outsourcing, there was a savings number assigned to SA. If he didn’t get it via outsourcing which McKinsey was pushing with Hans/Finance, it would have been reached via massive RIFs. The direction was to get the savings, period. Pretty early on, it was pointed out that the McKinsey savings calculations on outsourcing were completely wrong, but at that point neither SA or VG were going to tell the emperor he had no clothes. I think SA and VG should both go for not pointing out McKinsey’s error and allowing the deal to proceed. There is zero chance the touted savings are happening, which means there will be a big honking RIF in the not so distant future.
wrh....if it is true he will leave with a big settlement regardless of the damage to the organization his leadership did. He should be fired with $0. I sure hope they don’t promote from within.
I heard he is leaving anyways soon..
When i was at vz i wanted him go but since i was let go i want him to stay there and destroy vz even more.
Is there something wrong with me?
Go.
Im not saying he did a bad job, but he simply didn’t defend Full Time Onshore IT Employees with Hans who wanted Outsourcing , Offshore and VSP. Shankar and Vivek just kept saying “Yes Hans”, “OK Hans”, “Anything you say Hans” vs . Him saying to Hans “We have the best Full Time Onshore IT Employees BAR NONE. Don’t change a thing”
The results of his non action and being a “Yes” man , will result in Lower “Quality “ VZ IT Projects in the 2nd half of 2019 and all of 2020 and Beyond.......
GO
He should have been gone long ago.
Haha who passed this link to Shankar family and friends
He had to GO
He's doing great with the vision. I vote stay
Stay till the end :)
