I was a sales rep, I got tire of the VZ BS. Unrealistic expectations, terrible commissions, poor customer service initiatives, constant layoffs, major disconnect from top to front line, and terrible culture. I couldn’t take it anymore, and went magenta! Couldn’t be happier with my decision! Life is so much better outside VZ.

Funny how all you people hate on this person for their opinions. Instead of calling them names why don't you post good things you are experiencing at VZW? It was their decision to leave and their life. It doesn't affect your life or does it? Sir I'm glad you moved on to whatever you decided.

When it comes to employee engagement Team Magenta does a lot for their employees! Some of y’all are so miserable at Verizon it’s sad! Sooner or later many of you will be joining Team Magenta too!
2vmu I see a lot of gloating by some of those that opted to take the VSP (and by the OP).
Many have nothing nice to say, including the OP, about the place they left.
Who’s the negative party?
I see a lot of negativity by those that didn’t opt to take the VSP. I took it because it was an additional incentive on top of my pension and 401k. I come on here because I have friends and relatives that stayed and hoping the best for them and use this site to give them a heads up on anything coming down the pike. It was a voluntary decision. For those that left just as it was a voluntary decision for you to stay so I’m confused why some are so negative on here
OP, where do you see yourself 2 years from now? A sales person at a Boost Mobile reseller making $50 a day?

It will go bad once their growth stops just like it did at Verizon. But at least they don't have the toxic wireline side, which also dragged wireless down once the merger was completed.
