Here's the issue with the pulse survey.
As Managers, we were pushed to get our folks to take the survey.
Emails came above to get your numbers up.
Survey's don't work that way.
You need to let folks decide if they want to take them.
Those will be the real results which can actually help the business.
Employees who took them from fear will stack them in favor of the company knowing full well they are tracked.
It's plainly obvious they have reports at the Director level of participation from emails sent by upper management down through the ranks.
