Had my review today and was graded a “2”. Big f’en deal. Still no pay increase, nothing. But ML gets merit raises, bonus and stock options. Work slow down starts today. , if they won’t pay be more, i’ll Do 10% less each year retro active from 5+ years ago #ISeeDxC

@YuUNW3Z-czid Why I am still here, oh guess it's because I am 55+ , short commute to work, not on call at all. . Salary above 100K, unlimited vacation and MOST of all I haven't found a company that will hire me at least the same pay that is local where I won't have to travel 3 days a week and be on call.
You find me a position close to home, no travel and no being on call with at least my same salary, then I am out of here

And why are you still there? I received my WFR happily a little less than two years. Just had my first full year review at my new company: 9% bonus, 2.5% raise, and I had already received an initial 30% raise in my annual pay over DXC when I accepted this position! What are you waiting for?! The 'severance' package blows anyways!
Mikey LOVES DXC employees who in turn want him to become rich. Time to get the heck out of DXC. Resign en mass and leave Club Toxic.

The level of productivity reduces proportionally to the amount of effort the company puts in to saving costs, rising exponentinally when people discover where the money is going.
I have been lucky to have worked with senior leaders in my career. The fact that little old me met them and worked with them showed they were approachable and had no airs or graces, not like some of them who lock themselves in an ivory tower with their head up their -ss. I find good leaders "listen" to staff. They inspire you; help you; give advise and always believed in hiring people that were better than themselves to do a particular job that they trusted them to do and left them to get on with it.
Now in DXC we have Mikey-the-Micro-Manager who doesn't trust anyone (even his own team who he fires when he gets bored); he likes to take all the decisions; ensure he's the approver for everything. There is no loyalty (well, we know that anyway these days). The result is a completely demotivated leadership team and a completely demotivated workforce.
I feel guilty for rubber-necking this slow-motion wreckage. But curious as to how much further this company can limp before the referree blows the whistle. It will make a great case study one day.

Its a statement of fact that Mikey is not giving anyone below L3 (maybe L2) any pay increases. He doesn't believe in it. You aint getting one.
He of course is getting one and all of that money he awards himself - that was all of the pay increases the staff would have got. It's your money, he's taken it. Maybe there is a word for that?
Oh and your work slow down started today? Bit late to that party mate... you should have woken up before if you have been here 5 years!
