If they lay off anyone it should be Managers! Lazy, don't know anything, late, don't respond to calls and make rules up as they go . they should work at the coffee shop they do that well!! R I P S A M ' S !!!

This Sounds a lot like Northeast. It was never great in some Markets but now the North East Region is a sh-- show! Do your selves a favor hire back experienced GMs and bring on Market Managers with years of experience in the industry who know the business, know how to run it and how to motivate teams and treat all associates respectfully. Some of the worse MM have

been fired, there are still a good number to go! Home Office you have no idea what it is really like out here. Clubs look terrible, Moral is terrible, do something !!!

Instead of letting go of good associates. Get rid of the some of the managers . They sit in the offices talking about other managers and associates! Our managers treat the associates terrible . If you want to make Sam’s club better start with the mangers . To the clubs that have good Managers you are lucky !

Not all managers are asses only the younger generation with no experience, this is why we are failing as a company. We have teenagers running the company thinking they know more than the moms and pops of the clubs.

don't know about you but our assistant managers are great!! the only one's that s---s are front end manager shes's lazy likes to be friends with the associates and eats and our club manager doesn't spend time on the floor, has his favorites, always late and leaves early and moved his office to the training room with door close we're sure he's asleep. 2% raise for hard working associates but company invest big $ on club managers like ours. club 6349. SAD!!!

@nwi... yep. Ego tripping market managers who just get in the way anytime they walk in. They need to just go work behind their desks where they belong. The clubs would perform so much better and everyone would be able to do their jobs. They don't greet associates except when they are showing their fakeness. Which for some reason, they seem to think is not noticeable. Useless role since they continue to put egotistical, know it all, tyrants there.

No it should be the market managers. I dont care how great yours may be, mine is a horrible waste of space and knows nothing. I swear he gets in the way when he comes for visits. Too many bosses for every thing its a disaster. I got to be honest, if my market manger got let go, the only difference i would notice is less emails about ridiculously absurd bs. And Id be able to do my job better without his ego always needing to be coddled. Please, its a joke. You have no experience in the field your managing over. Not to be harsh Im sure hes a good guy outside of work but come on now enough is enough. Stop cutting the useful positions and get these id--ts on a power trip out of here.

Not all managers . There's some that cares ,works hard and is very knowledgeable. Don't judge all mangers by the ones you may have in your club.
