I call for the quality teams resignation! This is absurd and humiliating to be a part of. MET team has no clue and quality team is dreaming. Members are beside themselves when questioned about diagnoses they didn’t know they had. Hcms review 50 dx and then get dinged for not careplanning every single word said. How can anyone be fired when it changes day to day!

T: @Yi5dKSW-bnoo. How do you even know who Here was slacking? Those people were probably RIFed. It’s that condescending attitude of the audit team which comes across as punitive and self righteous. We don’t need you if that is what your goal is. However if it’s to guide or teach about documentation requirements in a non punitive way ( which I have been here long enough to remember when ya’ll were not so harsh and overly critical). It’s not just on this website My coworkers voice dread any time a review come soon up. We are not slackers. We have RN licenses and take them seriously.

Quality team is the new "gold standard" for auditing. They can do no wrong but do not know the business. I say they're a joke!
Then the 2019 goals coming out today. Completely unrealistic. Wow. Have to find a way out.
Doctors are becoming angry at this level of interference. Calling dr offices over and over to question doctors about medications they didn't prescribe per their physician discretion is just insulting. Members mad because nobody told them they have COPD or HF ETC. HUMANA IS MSKING THEMSELVES INTO A JOKE!
Just saying if quality and met team are at odds how can anyone have a standard in which to judge their employees?!
