MDC?
only few people are given a choice to relocate to US (like few in DB Test org). Others are doing knowledge transfer to MDC and IDC folks. Recruitment is being ramped up in those two locations. Folks who remain in CDC will eventually go away either by their choice or force (by end of year).
Yes, you're right. I received the relocation invitation. And I declined. My family is more important than my position.
As far as I know, DB testing team members are given options to relocate to HQ at will, however nearly nobody wish to relocate?

About survivors of this wave of massacare in CDC? Answer is, they will definitely be cut in next round of layoffs in CDC! I assume this will happen before end of this year. Moreover I do believe HQ wish to relocate only a few key members, though such key members might not wish to relocate to US as companies outside Oracle might provide much better compensations/offers

It looks like the CX center is going to be completely shutdown during this fiscal year. I highly doubt it has anything to do with BS people are spreading about IP theft but rather it is a strategic move to reduce the cost and whatever was being produced in china (I know one product, the blockchain cloud service) is not strategic and is not selling/useful.

Guess next round would be the death knell, or the termination of China Development Center. Obviously the board doesn't wish to run this R&D center in China for multiple reasons.
