did you mo--ns actually read the doc? it only said that ATT fools people into believing, if they sign the release, then they can not sure company for age discrimination. whoop-d-do! the average age of an att manager, is probably 50+. so, yeah, when att gets rid of people, its going to look like theirs age discrimination. when, in fact, they are simply getting rid of folks that are rotting in place, doing nothing, and taking a paycheck

Judge ruled failure to comply with a law regarding providing information not ruling that the plaintiff was discriminated against due to age. Minor victory, but in reality not worth a damn. T has already changed processes to not violate OWPBA. OP should get a job with CNN or MSNBC, they can twist headlines real good
