Was MSS restructured? If so why no package was offered?

Yesterday we had major lines. An MSS doing club pick up and one doing orientation and the other one.... ? Who knows where she was. Had 3 associates at the desk with maybe 1 member over there. They copped an attitude when asked to help!!! NO SENSE OF URGENCY!!!!!!!!!!! 😡😡
What is that saying about learning from our past?
Seems like the company as a whole has done this before and continues to do so as of today.

Our Mss lead thinks they are still in control. We will see what happens June 22nd. If they are not part of the every day hustle and bustle instead of staying in the office. Time will tell.
