many employees and i mean 98% of them are lazy and outdated. this is the best it will get for you and basically no other main tech company would give you a glance. so shut up and keep doing the minimum and that work isn't much any way. certainly not hard work. your life is a joke. dont tell the spouse or your kids how lazy you were in your career. pathetic.

At aga, I have moved on to a company that has BETTER benefits, higher pay and they actually care about the customer and their employee... I still look at this site for trolls like u who suggest I was lazy... I was laid off for the location I worked or can you not read? I did improve my skills, at night, so that was not the issue. And to correct u, getting laid off has been the best thing.. they cannot even get their systems together to actually service a customer.. but, I'm guessing that you have no clue about that.
I am thankful for all T provided me in the decades I was there, no question. What I am not thankful for is id--ts like u who suggest we are lazy... just had to call u out on ur mistake is all...

I’m not kidding myself, I got the boot because my workgroup was directed to go down in headcount. In a small workgroup (9 people) that has to lose 2, odds aren’t good. I had enough years, others had children still in school. I get chosen and it’s not a big deal. Retire and get on in my life.
YOU on the other hand are a arrogant ash wipe that actually thinks they know things. I’m sure your peers don’t like you and you are only on payroll because your salary is so low. You Sir will need to work long and hard to equal the Pension amount I walked away with. If you’re a Union Employee pray they work hard to help you keep your job. If you are Management, I’m sure they’ll call your number. Either way, I’m betting your NCS hire date is well past the date The Company stopped providing pensions. You’re right. Kind of do but glad I’m not. With a lot of the good knowledgeable people gone throughout the years and SPHINCTER’s like yourself still on Payroll. The atmosphere and culture has turned to garbage. Enjoy toiling because I KNOW you are a recent hire WITH NO PENSION. No pension FOOL. Think about that.

Cruel the way OP put it but to a certain extent I'd have to agree. A lot of the employees I come in contact with on either a technical or user basis are intelligent but mistakenly under the impression that their current position is safe, so no need to improve your skill set to move forward within the company or apply for a different job.
Yea, because getting a surpluss because of the location you work has everything to do with being lazy.. sounds like you are not smart at all..
How does it feel looking over your shoulder every 3 months for layoffs or ANOTHER reorganization because they messed it up again?!?! More work, loss of knowledgeable people and poor leadership is all you have left.. enjoy it!!!

What do you expect? The company bashes the employees every three months and sometimes less now days, all due to upper management poor decisions that have did nothing but run the company down.
