Sam's Club is in a spiral down fall. So many changes and not for the better. Employees are no longer appreciated. All benefits are being taken away, running on fewer associates, changing the Plus Members benefits so often is upsetting Members. When will it stop? Sam's Club has become just like their sister company WALMART

We even have managers leaving because they are done with the changes.
@eqp... worried the cat got outta the bag about the continued poor treatment of associates, favoritism and reality of poor conditions of the clubs due to that?

What does this topic have to do with layoffs???
I heard they are going to get rid of more positions is this right ? Not sure if I should start looking else where. Sheesh members are complaining more and more there’s no help it’s hard on us associates because we can’t be in 30 places at ones and we are all getting burnt out
