@zma you got it all twisted. It's the smart ones taking severance. Our hardest workers have been disappearing because of that severance package. Our club is now left so clueless now. Those long term associates were smart.

They will eventually eliminate or restructure every high paying hourly job. It’s a common business practice to weed out unengaged overpaid long term associates.

There are long term associates that are the main reason their clubs stay running. But they know those people will say on at another job if their position is cut and the bad seeds will take severance.

This is true the Axe has dropped on 2/5/2019 @ 3:00 p.m.. PTC's were informed positions have been eliminated, they have till March 29 to secure a position or leave the company. Sad day at Sam's club. Most PTC's are the heart of the club's. Good luck to all of them.
