Some of us who have seen the light, want to warn those who have stayed behind.
There are Oracle management out here trying to prevent people from doing just that.

what is this retaliation? You are shaming your colleagues, your group, yourself, larger company by doing name calling. Do not get into specific, and make in personal. there are so many good people in this company whose companionship, professionalism & work ethics you might have admired. If you have some bad experiences, talk & resolve internally. I would not suggest name calling. Humble request.
Life as to be good for everyone not for few who are close to management. If you are at IDC you will realize how Nirguna Kota, John Kurian, vinod jacob has misused org for there personal interest.
It's about human feeling called retaliation.
Actual and previous employees share they opinions.
And many of the previous employee have a long long time serving the company. Who would not like to hear what somebody who dedicated 10-20 years to this company feels and has to say?
