West area, still haven’t heard a word. I thought layoffs were only done on the Thursday before a pay day

Reliable source. I heard the same info as previous thread. Combination of roles rolling to DM, overlapping will be cut, and district/regional lines are going to have major changes on current teams.

We have heard nothing here yet in SEM I pray some news breaks very quickly it’s stressful not knowing what the future of your job is
This has been the rumor for months and really years and makes complete sense. you have account managers overlapping and driving hundreds of miles per week for remote locations. some areas are verticalized and even more overlap occurring. I just want to know sooner than later. the unknown has caused such loss of productivity and low morale in what used to be the best most desired position in the company.
If something IS happening this week and you hear from credible source... please share.
Is this your prediction or have you heard this from a reliable source? Are you suggesting the DM role will become hybrid supporting both local and national reps? Or you’re saying the whole channel will go hybrid?
Market restructuring to mirror retail. Dm will cover hybrid of local and national. Overlapping will be let go with severance.

National and indirect combined, more layoffs coming
No news is bad news in this case. Although, it is odd that indirect was not offered VSP if I’m fact layoffs are looming.

We will find out on Wednesday (2/20). At least in the south east area.
No word on anything yet in the west. Something has to give sooner than later on this reorg. We are less than 6 weeks away for “2.0”.
