I know several people have been laid off in the past few days, do we know if that was it or if that was just a prelude for something bigger that'll happen today and tomorrow or sometime next week?
Also, does anybody know which departments were hit earlier this week?

People were fired today on the HYD office.
Yeah, I think it is the beginning of Dell's financial year from next month. They try to wrap it up before that.

Ancient history
Dell does this every year. This company will get what's do to it and the sorry management staff in Apex, North Carolina will get what's coming to them. From the V.P. who no doubt has a issue with men and is totally incompetent. She does not have sense enough to come out of the rain. The Director Senior staff, what a joke! There are great people in Apex but there is a good old boy network that they are proud of. I hope I am around to see some of the management walk that Green Mile.

Is it over or are there more for this upcoming week? I have not heard of any layoffs in Hopkinton which I find shocking. I heard Franklin got hit. I know there are some all hands scheduled in Hopkinton this week on Wednesday which makes me wonder if the next wave is this week.
My team is under DCE and 17% were let go
Which location did the 5-15% happen?
Also, even though they are calling it "low performer" impacts versus layoffs, hope they are providing a severance. Or at least paying the earned portion of bonus.

Not true... I know good performers that were impacted. Supposedly 5-15% of teams in DCE. Hearing more are coming this evening and tomorrow.
