I hope we all get it regardless of tenure. I’m only 11 years in I’ll gladly stay until June if I have too. What are the chance of us all getting it. Anyone around 2003 that remembers last time. Did the company let everyone go last time also? Or were their denials.

As far as I remember if you opted in for the 2003 VSP, you got it.
Most orgs will not want to risk retaining employees who could end up highly disgruntled by a rejection.
