So managers are getting cut this month. They will be notified on the 28th. I was told that T only wants 8 managers per area manager so two are getting cut from my yard. I haven’t heard anything about techs tho. This is on the DTV side.

Flattening of all organizations. Managers will have more reports. Plan accordingly. Layoffs are part of the work environment.
