My guess is it's support, based on other comments. Surprised they got rid of a manager. Must have been the only competent one in site, so they had to get rid of him.

Yes. Just lost 3 team members. (1 manager, 2 peers)
Where? What area? Dev? Sales?
At that point, Oracle will be looking at a major stock crash. At the rate of buybacks, Oracle runs out of 8-12 billion buybacks by 5/31/2020. So Q1 ‘21 will be the quarter of reckoning.
Unless more people sell than expected. This crash could always come earlier.

Buybacks will continue for the next handful of quarters before a “major” acquisition of some kind. Oracle has proven it cannot grow organically with ERP Cloud and Database SaaS (DBaaS). The products have failed from a revenue standpoint and very few customers are live on them.
If there isn’t a major acquisition announced by 2/28, I’ll be shocked. And if the buybacks have to continue, Oracle will soon run out of cash to prop up the stock.

I’m suspecting sometime after OOW, but who knows
Probably not this month, but soon. But, again, they will layoff the wrong people and the scum will stay. There is no way out. Oracle is permanently doomed.
Watch out for the tornado hurricane.

LMAO. Yeah, right after pigs fly and hell freezes over, twice.
All is well here and no worry: LE might distribute all his wealth/cash to all Oracle employees soon.
