It’s a big deal to get a highly paid job in IT Industry and in storage, since Dell or Dell EMC in NDC or Hop 176 QA has ways to get hired from family, friends and bogus experience/references. Why they always survive in layoffs and who is behind this. Why should hard working contributors get laid off and these back door, no work employees keep their jobs.
Dell hires 50% friends and families, 40% potential network with fake resume and 10% real talent to both work and teach the rest how to work, and to be harassed on a daily basis so the company will keep running smoothly.
Fake credentials aren't too surprising. There is a girl on my team who has what looks to be a fake company on her LinkedIn, there is probably a service that she paid to create the fake credential. My boss is so dishonest, it wouldn't be too surprising if he served time and has a fake degree.
