Have your receiving and claims associates been told that they are not eligible for the backroom positions? The team lead was aware but not the others.

What was the reason for the no's next to their names?
In my club all of the receiving and claims associates were told that they were NOT eligible. Club manager wasn’t sure of the reason. Home office had sent the list with yes or no next to names. All were no’s.

Yes. There are those who are not eligible. The reasons could be from evaluation ratings/coachings, etc.
