Waiting game is killing me if I haven’t found out yet does that mean we didn’t get it? What’s the deal? Will it me an email or mailed out for the decision?

@3azd the people in this post are referring to an associate offer.
If before December, and...
Anyone says they know the numbers - fake news
Anyone says they know if they were accepted or not after clicking - fake news
Anyone says they know their off-the-books date after clicking - fake news.
Stop the hysteria.
I took the buyout & was notified by my manager this past Monday my volunteer separation was accepted & my last day is Oct 26th. Term date Oct 28th. No letter in mail yet. Would have had 31 years dec 8th 2019. I'm taking the $ & health benefits & running. Only one other below me with less time took the offer.
There is always a way out save your money, get a new job and quit. Your all locked in by the golden handcuffs. If Vz paid associates 15$hr and supervisors 50,000 a year the turn over would be unreal.
Our office had 14 associates that got the offer. I was not one of them. Pretty sad now. Was hoping for a way out.
Cam called me today and told me I got it and I will be getting a letter in the mail tomorrow
All fake news. No one will know until December. Don't forget that people have until November 10th to volunteer and then until November 17 to revoke so they won't know the numbers until then
Confirmed they only took 2 people from my office. I accepted and a few others but didn’t get it. Back to the drawing board I guess.
For the associate Eisp each office had a number that would be accepted . The highest was 3.
The company sets it that way for a reason. Why buyout someone with 2 or 3 years? The want the ones with time and pension. By giving a low number they can always take more .
You guys are mixing the 2 offer out there. There is an associate separation package that is out there and their last day is 10/28. If you are an associate and were selected than you would have been told already today at the latest tomorrow.
Then there is a manager separatation offer that if elgible you would have been told about it. The opt in time ends 11/10 but won’t find out if accepted until 12/10 off payroll 12/22 or 3/22 or 6/30.
I was offered. I accepted. I haven't heard anything either way.
I don’t see why the people that want it wouldn’t get it. That would s---. Why offer if you’re not gonna hold up for end smh?
@VLtcqTw-pck I suppose we are part of the 44k. On the associate level term date is 10/28 meaning last day should be this Friday.
I'm curious as well. It was my understanding that we wouldn't find out until the December 10th date given in the email/website.
CCM just left for the day so I’m assuming not gonna know until tomorrow....
Which group was having 10/28 term date? Are these in the 44,000 people that were offered enhanced separation package?
At my center only 2 have been told. I don't know the term date.
A member of management should tell you today. Either way they tell you.
Still waiting to hear at my center, but a few people supposedly here have been told. Their term date is Friday. I’m guessing since if you don’t hear anything you didn’t get it.
