Here's Why You Should Get Rid of Oracle (ORCL) Stock... Now

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/apos-why-rid-oracle-orcl-131201912.html ..

===================================

If you are still holding on to shares of Oracle ORCL in your portfolio, it is time you dump them as chances of favorable returns in the near term appear bleak.

Similar to wise buying decisions, exiting certain underperformers at the right time helps maximize portfolio returns. One such stock that you may want to drop is Oracle. It has witnessed a significant price decline in the past one year and negative earnings estimate revisions for the fiscal 2019 and fiscal 2020. Further, the company’s Zacks Rank #4 (Sell) only highlights its innate weakness.

I just sold mine after 20 years! Completely lost confidence in the company.

"Doom and gloom prognosticator, aren't you already regretting it?"

regretting exactly what? last year sept 12th ORCL was 52.80 , today is 48.92

yes, I regret to not have sold everything last year, I have lost so much money thinking that at the end it was impossible that Oracle managment was lying so much.

it was, unfortunately for my wallet.

luckily enouh, the money I have done with AMZN and MSFT are largely compensating, but I will sell my all remaining ORCL next friday, and be done with this sh--ty company. and yes, I'm very grateful that Oracle is buying back several billions of shares so that my loss is somewhat minor.

it is true that O. spend billions buying it's own shares this year to stop a shaper decline in stock price?
