Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

the layoff site

this site posts what it wants read, if you post something relevant and they do not want it read, they delete so the information on here is censored to someone's tailored objectives, so essentially this site is compromised

@1xce, @1mak, you get similar info on whois.net for every website registered via Google services. For about 12 dollars a year, you can register your own site as well. Just go to domains.google and start a process.

As for posts getting nuked here, if you scroll down, you can find the content rules. Trolling, bullying, using foul language in general and posting personally identifiable data (i.e. names) is not allowed.

Google owns this site

Hi Google! Since you own this site and track who's posting so you can share that info with corporations for targeted layoffs, just wanna drop this right here for all to see. Verify by typing in this website's address here: https://www.whois.net/

I only see posts remover that use cussing at specific people. One post was removed over six times as someone vented about their boss. Most bosses get an ego. And someone needs to complain before a post is reviewed. Only off topic posts are removed. TheLayoff.com is owned by Google. AT&T does not have enough (any) money to influence Google. Google develops new products, AT&T buys products (good or bad) to milk an old cow.

It would not surprise me to find out AT&T pays off this site to remove damaging information. We all know the deal.

I've been on this site for a while and the only posts I saw disappear were those that violated their rules in some way (spam, personal info, threats, stuff like that.) Follow the rules and you should be good.

I think they delete things that are not directly related to layoffs.

I don't blame them, the whining and such on here diminishes their brand and makes it less attractive to visit.
